My name is Lanie Smith. I am so proud to be beginning year 10 here at Wetumpka Middle School! I taught 6th grade for the first two years, and have been in fifth grade ever since! I have lived in Elmore County my whole life. I have been married to Andrew Smith for 7 years. We are the proud parents to two boys, Hudson (5) and Reid (9 months).

In 2010, I graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a BS in Early Childhood Education.
