Hello!

My name is Kaitlyn Lawless! I'm so excited for my 5th year in the classroom, and 2nd  year here at WMS! It was such a JOY last year teaching theatre and creating the first ever Jr. Theatre Guild at WMS!

I graduated from Troy University in December of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Education, where I am certified to teach Theatre to grades P-12.  I LOVE teaching and directing theatre, and watching students work together and create magic on stage!

I'm married to my husband Danny who is the Camp Director at Camp Chandler (shameless plug), and we have a spunky almost 2 year old daughter named Cecilia, a newborn son named Leo, along with our dog and our cat. I love all things performance, but mostly directing, singing and acting. When everything isn't as busy, I also love performing in local community theatre productions!

I can't wait to get to know your families more as we continue with this year, and I cannot wait to see what we can create with these students! It's going to be an AMAZING year!
