My name is D`Angelia Holmes. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology on the pre health track from Alabama State University. I am from Tallassee, Al. I have come to see that I am exactly where God wants me, and I am greatly enjoying the daily task of walking in his purpose for my life. 

In undergrad I was on the pre health track because I have always loved working with children and my favorite subject is and has always been science. I grew up poor and knew that I wanted to provide more for my future family, so I decided on Pediatrics. During my junior year I had many personal and family trials and I burned myself out. I was fortunate enough to go on a mission trip to Nairobi, Kenya; while there I had the opportunity to help in a classroom of my choosing and I chose PP1and PP2 which is our equivalent of Kindergarten and that pushed me further into the door of the classroom. Here I am today.

I am currently working on my masters of secondary education with a STEM concentration online from Grand Canyon University. I have a Lab/German Shepard puppy named Chip. I enjoy baking, reading, watching Netflix and Disney plus, and doing puzzles.
