Greetings Everyone! My name is Ms. Averett, and I started teaching in 2005! My first year of teaching, I taught 9th, 11th, & 12th grades. Even though my first year teaching high school was eventful, I decided to try middle school. After all of these years, I can truly say that I made the right choice! I have taught 6th through 8th grades. When I taught creative writing, I taught all three grade levels in one classroom. I am so excited to get this year started and learn more about YOU!
